My name is Sam, and I am an author of speculative fiction (mostly sci-fi and paranormal).

I am happy to report that one of my short stories "Retirement Options" will be appearing in Mad Scientist Journal's spring 2019 anthology on March 26th.

This will be my first "official" published short story, and I'm so excited! With that milestone on the horizon, I can't think of a better time to kickoff this blog. I am going to work hard and keep doing my best with my writing.

Currently, I'm waiting to hear back about a ghost story I've submitted to Bad Dream Entertainment, and I'm also working on a new short story for Mad Scientist Journal's upcoming anthology I Didn't Break the Lamp (which is open for submissions through the end of the month, fyi). I'm also toying with the idea of participating in Camp NaNoWriMo next month. There's a novella I'm feeling inspired to tinker with again so I might set a modest goal and see if I can make some progress.

Thank you for checking out my blog, and please stay tuned for more news! Sam Cranehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/01744575005758686098noreply@blogger.com0
